Founder & President

Dr. Maske has been honoured MBA-Marketing, Doctorate-Training & Dev., M.A.- Psychology and M. Com, M.Phil. He is awarded by various eminent institutes in India.

He delivers engaging off-line & online educational trainings for youth on self-development topics.

His passion is to guide, inspire and empower individuals to achieve confidence and success.

He has authored 'The Unbeatable – An Enlightened Peak Performer' which has helped many to fulfil dreams & happily lead their life.

He is a Philanthropist, Trainer, Author & a Proficient Speaker in the field of Self-Development.

Mr. Ajit B Chitruk
Vice-President

Mr. Chitruk (M.A.-Economics & M.A.-Politics) has lead HR teams for a reputed company in Chennai. 

Founder of ABC-India, a leading HR Management Consultancy at Kolhapur. 

He has successfully placed 'top level management' professionals in many companies across India.

Being a proficient recruiter, motivator and a facilitator, he has been inspiring many individuals in the field of HR.

Mr. Sanket  Maske
Director-Operations

Mr. Sanket Maske (MBA-Sales & Marketing) has expertise in E-Learning, Digital Education and the channel development. 

He started his professional journey with Wisdom Foundation owning responsibilities pertaining to Life Skills, English Language Proficiency & Entrepreneurship Development Program.

He continues to be one among the guiding forces of Wisdom Foundation for the new generation. 

Our positive, motivated and co-operative working environment has always attracted good individuals as a part of our team. We have a committed, experienced and qualified staff for operations and administration to successfully support our NGO. 

We have a separate professional trainer's team to deliver all our FREE learning & skill courses at various project locations.

We are always in need of young, dynamic and sincere trainers and consultants for our projects.
